I started investing in East Valley real estate in 2003, got my license in 2007, and have personally closed 700+ transactions in Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek and Phoenix area. I have worked with hundreds of first-time buyers who came in overwhelmed and left with a clear plan. I built this session because I got tired of watching buyers make the same costly mistakes that a single hour of the right information would have prevented.
